The British Austrian artist Timothy Speed lives in Berlin and the world. Since over 15 years he has been working interdisciplinary on thrilling future topics around entrepreneurship, the evolution of mankind, our working environment, marketing, new products, advertising, corporate culture and innovation. He resolves the classical  role of the artist into experiencing new perspectives as a worker or businessman, manager or coach. Developing new ideas from inside of institutions, enterprises and cultures.

In his creative way of management consultancy he transforms the artist´s perspective in to typically culture free areas, inspires through this and offers enterprises different development formats, workshops, incubators and new forms of marketing, enterprise development or advertising.

New concepts and synergies arise from the conscious meeting between artist and businessman. Speed considers this direct cooperation a sign of a changing paradigm, from the purely industrial commercial conception of the world which is predominantly marked by the logic of the machines, to what does promote the progress of man in his whole breadth

The free individual is in the centre of his work, as that strength of the single human adapting to new change processes, as a ground competence, if a system, a society shall remain capable of development and freedom.
Speed published his meanwhile very extensive work in three books. (In German language) A method developed for businessmen with the manager adviser Markus Maderner, for managers, which would like to manage more consciously, more innovatively and more socially.

This beats a bridge between the "system creative" as individual approach and the world of art in association with the world of the problem solvers and managers.
Furthermore Speed developed a theory of its own for the role of the free individual in systems as well as a new type of state and democracy. (Moderation State)

He sat at "Dropping Knowledge" with 114 of the most interesting activists and thinkers of the planet at the biggest round table of the world in 2006.
